She is adorable. We are brushing up on our puppy-rearing skills – looking for a nice crate to put next to Anna’s bed, and a BIG baby gate to avoid the hazards of the kitchen. Anna “gave” everyone books about puppies and poodles (and an organic dog cookie recipe book) at Christmas.

Bill’s twin brother just died of a long illness, so we think the timing of having a happy little fuzzy new life in our house in about 2 months will be just right.
