Beautiful weather today – 71 degrees here, so out with the puppies, of course!!!  Their first day out in the big yard.  Very cute.  Tried to get all eleven in one shot – failed.  

Merry really enjoyed her babies today.  She romped all around and jumped over them.  They chased her all over the yard.

       Amazed me how sure-footed she is with eleven running all around her. I have a hard time when they swirl around my ankles and there she was running, twirling, jumping like a whirling dervish and never stepped on any of them.    Ahem, Merry needs a groom – look at her flat-top – I did finally start her with shaving her feet and face but didn’t get her finished!! And just look at her sitting so proudly…  Granny Velvet was out too.  She had a good time playing with her first grandchildren — has been wanting to get to them so I said, come on…     This is Velvet greeting Teeny -my little preemie who I now adore.   She was so sweet with her.  And Teeny with her trophy — maybe you can see the twig on the ground in front of her, she was so proud – and a piece of it in her mouth…   What better way to spend a gorgeous afternoon – thought what a deal I have!!!!  Instead of my previous life of hours in the pentagon or other offices, here I am living my dream.  My goodness, I love this.

   My Pearlie Girlie went back in the ring – she won but no points… oh well… She is one of the Velvet/Spencer puppies I’ve been showing.  She has 5 points from limited showing as a puppy.  I sent her out late intentionally not wanting her to finish as a puppy so I could put her in 12-18 mo class at PCA.  Brought her home to grow up a bit — she is a real monkey — full of energy and full of herself!!! But sweet and fun… So, now we are trying to get her closer to finishing right up to PCA so hopefully she finishes right after it  Look at that hair.  Adriano said I did good while she was home with her hair but she seems to be a bit more spoiled than before — ooops… Gee, me, spoil my dog?

Just got these from the Florida circuit.  Questo got a third 4 pt major taking him to needing only one point.  So, he now sits out til PCA to go into 12-18 mo class.  sigh.. hard choice — almost said to forget it and finish him!!!!!  And here is Vivi’s last show picture, maybe… She finished her championship but we are going to see if she could get a Grand Championship fairly quickly… sigh, again — money, money, money… Not enough to be a champion now, have to try for a GCH — well, don’t have too… LOL…

This is one of the big boys in Merry/Mondo litter.  Have been referring to him as Mondo Jr but both of the biggest boys looks so much alike and so much like Daddy Mondo. Good picture, thanks Gail and John…

Well, look at these… Mondo’s co-owner, Julia, came for him today and took him to a photo shoot.  She will breed him to Reny (Jada x Griffin champ daughter) later this year and since he lives here, kind of far from her, she wanted pictures other than his show pictures to show prospecitve puppy buyers.  Plus he is now much bigger than when out showing as a puppy.  She was nice enough to share these with me.  So pretty, if I say so myself…         And this one is him getting ready to kiss Julia… sweetThese photos were taken by Lee Anderson in Alexandria, VA.

I co-bred this boy with Lynn – he is the son of Brandy, a Diva/Marco daughter.  He has done very well with 9  points inclusive of both his majors in I think four weekends of showing.  Might finish as a puppy as he is only just now 10 months.  Nice…

This is Questo’s third 4 point major which put him to just one point from finishing his championship. After talking with his handler, we decided to stop there so he can go into 12-18 month class at PCA in April.  Hard decision — I always want to get them finished as fast as they can so they can come home and be “just dogs” not to mention the money I spend the longer they stay out and of course I like bragging rights to how fast mine finish    :)… but this time he will sit out til PCA in April and then finish…Hard to believe but he is even bigger than his brother Mondo!!!  Very windy day — look at the hair blown forward over his face and even the bracelets are blowing forward. Oh well… Still quite a beauty.   And this is Vivi.  I did let her finsh so she can go into open class at PCA because I have Pearl going back out for 12-18 month class.  Vivi did so well too — really had four weekends/circuits out showing and is done.  She looks the most like momma Velvet, I think..  Yummy girl… 

These pictures were taken by Gail and John who visited last Saturday and are going to take home one of the big boys when its time.  You can see how big some of them are getting.  The two big boys will be their momma’s size in no time!!!   

Finally got some new pictures with my mom’s help holding a couple.  These are both girls. And this is a boy  Boy and a girl.  a big girl.   A big boy.  Another big boy – this one has a white splash on his chest – but he is a beautiful puppy.   Another big boy.  The whole litter.  Trying to escape already.   Beautiful, if I say so myself!!!!!!!!!

Yay, new Champion Absolute Luminary Black Jack Jubilee.  I co-bred and co-own him with my long time friend Lynn Estaver.  He is out of our girl Brandy who is a Diva/Marco daughter and sired by my stud dog Griffin.  Jack is very much like his daddy Griffin.  Need a picture to post!!!
