Pearl got another group first today. Clarise got her second major. My girls rock!

Clarise went Winner’s Bitch for a four point major and Pearl went Best of Variety at today’s Orlando Poodle Club Specialty show. Pearl actually took Best in Show there last year. A mini took it this year but wow both my girls did top notch today for sure. So proud.

Pearl went BIS in Charlottesville last saturday. Thrilled!!!

Going to Charlottesville this weekend see Pearl and Susie Victoria. Pearl had three group firsts last weekend. So she is still doing very well. Susie Victoria was appointed as a puppy. Set out to go coach into her adult trim so now is getting back in the ring see how she does.

Pearl winning an Award of Merit at the National Specialty — for those who don’t know what that is — at really big shows, I think specialties only (a specialty is one breed only — all poodles in this case of course), the Judge can give up to four AOM’s since there is only one Best of Variety/Breed but with so many (56 entries in this BOV class alone) in order to acknowledge those he/she thinks were a cut above the others. Yay Pearl!!! And Clarise showed so well I may special her after Pearl is done. So on the advice of my handler, she is sitting out to grow more hair and will go back out to finish her Championship just prior to starting her special’s career — quite a strategy… LOL… but I just love both of these pictures — turned out beautifully.
