Goodbye Victoria

I know that Gabi and Czarny were waiting, a midst a crowd of other poodles, to greet you on the other side of the rainbow bridge today.  You will be missed by all those whose lives you made better with your personality and especially with your wonderful poodles.  Thank you for all the amazing bundles of love that you placed in our lives and our homes.  Our house, for one, will be forever thankful for having met, and loved, you.

Rest in Peace

Victoria lost her battle with cancer today:  Feb 26, 2015.

To all of Victoria’s family and friends we offer our sincere condolences. When we met Victoria 8 1/2 years ago, we instantly knew what a devoted and wonderful Poodle breeder she was. Her love for her dogs was very apparent. Because of her we have Mojo and Ruby who are wonderful and loving members of our family. She was such a lovely person and always told me to give the dogs a hug from their Gramma!

Hi, My groomer Jessica sent me a snapshop of your Mojo. We have our beloved Roxi. She is a brown Luminary Poodle born in January 2010. I miss Victoria still and Roxi always turns her head to the left when a say “Gramma”! What a blessing she was to people like us who love her poodles. We live in Dumfries, VA

Can someone be sure to publish the funeral service information please. Victoria was like a member of the family and unless the service is private I would like to attend and I would not see any local newspapers. Rosemary

So sorry to her of Victoria’s passing. I have two of her standands, one I purchase as a puppy and the second one (Mimi) I gave a forever home to after “showing” was not her thing. I will miss having Victoria to contact and share photos with.

Does anyone know if all her adult standards have been placed in good homes? Please let me know if I can offer assistance.
    Rest in Peace Victoria.

We’re so sad…but thank Victoria from here to God’s ears for her love and care for Standard Poodles. Our Sebastian (Sebby) just turned two years (Mondo & Merry). He brings daily, hourly, joy. We already were starting to talk about a second Luminary in our lives. God bless.

Perhaps it is some small comfort to know that Victoria’s labor of love brought joy into the lives of so many people. My life has been enriched beyond words by Toby, and I’m sure many others would say the same about their Poodle friends. Victoria did wonderful things with her work, and she will be sorely missed.

we are so sorry to hear that Victoria lost her fight with cancer. As I write our wonderful Lilly Rose is sleeping on the couch. We are so lucky to have one of her wonderful dogs, her legacy lives on through her love of the standard poodles she bred and loved. May she rest in peace with her beloved dogs that were waiting for her.

Phil and I are so sad to hear that Victoria is gone. We were planning to visit and just the other day were thinking of her and how she’d react to see our brown girl Aubrey. We are VA natives, loved Victoria and felt she was the best! We have had 3 of her wonderful poodles and planned to get another. This is the first we’ve heard of her battle with cancer. We truly regret not being able to say Good bye. She will be really missed. If any poodle needs a home we are willing. God Bless Her still.

This is Victorias mother. i have 4 of my 6 babies left. I must now get down to 3. This has been a most difficult year for me and i have been unable to part with them, but, alas, the time has come when i must part with my little Breezy. , She is a sweet girl who likes these doggies she has lived with n me. She is a bit slow to move–she takes her time, much like me! Breezy is 11 yrs old, still full of life n lots of luv n company to give to someone who can give her luv n compahy in return. This hurts more than I can say to place these beautiful luvs of mine. But with placing breezy this will give me the time that willallow me to take better care n give them the luv n companionship that they give to me. Victoria n I would groom 3 to 4 of our luves in a day. I cna now only bathe 1, sometime 2 on a good day for me. Breezy is the mother of our beautiful big brown girl. And, of course, if Breezy or the person who would take her, is unable to ad just to one another, then i would take her back. She does have night mares n i think she may miss my Victoria—we all do. This was not supposed to be this way, we wanted more puppies, we wanted to have her grandbabies come back to see stay for a visit. I miss all of that. My babies have had Victorias bday n now Christmas together, and now it is purely out of necessaty that i part with 3. 2 have been placed, now it is my Breezy that will leave me. If you knowof anyone who would be interested in luving my Breezy than I would let hergo to them, My phone is. 703-598-1706.

    This is such a shock!

We adopted Miska from Victoria in March 2014. She said that this would probably be her last litter because of her arthritis. I returned to the blog to sned ppictures and to update her on how wonderful Miska is.

I am so sorry. Hopefully, she is surrounded by her babies.
